The Industrial University of Santander (UIS) informs students and graduates who are beneficiaries of the Tuition-Free Policy at the Bucaramanga campus for the 2025-2 period that the process to request a refund of tuition paid with personal funds is now available.
The procedure must be completed by logging in with your academic system username and password at uisard.uis.edu.co, selecting the “Refund Request” option, verifying personal information, and completing the required fields. Please note that the registered bank account must be in the name of the student or graduate submitting the request and may belong to any bank or digital wallet.

Graduates whose tuition payment was applied to graduation fees must follow the instructions at the bottom of the same link, under the section “Refund for Other Charges.”
Applicants may also track the status of their request by logging back into the uisard module. Through this initiative, UIS reaffirms its commitment to student well-being and equitable access to higher education.
