The event was held on September 26 and 27 at Javeriana University in Bogotá. Students David Rodríguez and Valentina Torres, from the Health, Environment, and Society (SAMBISOC) seed group of the GUINDESS group in the Department of Public Health of the School of Medicine, participated with a poster and an oral presentation, respectively.
Professor Oscar Leonel Rueda participated on behalf of the Electrocardiography group from the Department of Basic Sciences and won the award for best poster at the event.
Professor Laura Rodríguez, director of the Department of Public Health at the School of Medicine, was part of the event’s organizing committee and is the lead instructor for the work presented by students.
