The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), through its School of Chemistry, is opening enrollment for the Diploma in Laboratory Accreditation ISO/IEC 17025:2017, a specialized training program designed to strengthen professional competencies in laboratory quality, accreditation, and auditing.
With a total of 120 hours, the diploma program aims to provide participants with tools for implementing the requirements established by the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard, as well as developing competencies related to technical personnel, calibration procedures, participation in proficiency testing, and report preparation. These processes contribute to ensuring the quality and reliability of results obtained in laboratories.
The program will be delivered through live online sessions on Zoom. Classes will be held on Fridays from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If the minimum enrollment requirement is not met, the diploma program will remain in the enrollment stage.
