The Doctoral Program in Biomedical Sciences is part of the research policy promoted for several years by directors and professors of the Department of Basic Sciences of the School of Medicine in accordance with the research policies of the university.
The program is the result of the maturity reached by the Master’s Degree in Basic Biomedical Sciences as a result of the research work carried out by several research groups of the School of Health. Although it is a young program, it guarantees the applicant the development of a research project oriented to solve a health problem of the region or the world that will broaden his knowledge and his development as a scientist.
