Armando José Sánchez Castilla, a Ingeniería Civil student, and Frankin Giovanni Gómez Gómez, an Ingeniería Industrial student, are the candidates participating in the election process for student representation before the Consejo de la Facultad de Ingenierías Fisicomecánicas.
It is worth noting that on May 7, a forum organized by the Faculty Council is scheduled to take place in order to introduce the candidates to the university community.
The election was called through Resolution No. 473 of March 26, 2026, and will take place on Thursday, May 14, online between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., after which the vote counting process will begin at 4:06 p.m.
