
The School of Physical Therapy held its 7th Physical Therapy Research Conference in the Founders Auditorium of the Faculty of Health. This event was attended by members of the SIENFI and CPK research groups.
The meeting was a space dedicated to academic and scientific exchange. The event featured guest speakers from Brazil, Spain, Chile, and Colombia, who shared their perspectives and advances in various areas of physical therapy.
This edition included the participation of physical therapy faculties from Bucaramanga and other cities in the country, through the presentation of research papers on various topics, including: musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, new technologies applied to rehabilitation, women’s health, active aging, physical activity, and sports.
The conference included keynote speeches, poster presentations, and the sharing of research results developed by professors, students, and seed groups. It was an enriching space for knowledge building, critical reflection, and the creation of academic connections that strengthen the advancement of physical therapy in Colombia.
