According to the academic calendar (Agreement No. 278 of 2024), web registration will be available from Tuesday, July 22 through Thursday, July 24 at 11:59 p. m. This is the time to select those subjects that will propel you toward your academic goals.

For the web enrollment process to be a success, it is critical that undergraduate on-campus students are in good standing. This means that any outstanding debts – whether for late readmissions, library or wellness – must be cleared before starting the process. Don’t let a debt stop your academic progress!

We know that sometimes questions arise, and we’re here to help. The Admissions and Academic Records Office will set up a Zoom room that will be open 24 hours a day for 72 hours. From 00:00 hours on Tuesday, July 22 until midnight on Thursday, July 24, you will be able to log in to resolve any questions or requests. The access link will be visible on the main banner of the university’s website.

As recommended by Camilo Londoño, Director of Admissions and Academic Records, “It is vital that you complete this procedure. Web enrollment is the essential step to remain an active student at the university. Those who do not complete this process could face problems with the availability of places in the desired subjects,” he said.
