The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) will hold four graduation ceremonies at the Luis A. Calvo Auditorium on Wednesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 24, for undergraduate and graduate students from its various faculties and academic units.
The university community is preparing for a new round of graduation ceremonies at the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS). Over the course of two days, new professionals and graduate students will receive their degrees during four ceremonies scheduled to take place at the Luis A. Calvo Auditorium.
The schedule will begin this Wednesday, September 23, with two ceremonies. The first will take place at 8:00 a.m. and will be attended by undergraduate and graduate students from the Faculty of Sciences and the Faculty of Physicochemical Engineering.
Later, at 10:30 a.m., the second ceremony of the day will be held for undergraduate and graduate students from the Faculty of Mechanical and Physical Engineering.
The celebrations will continue on Thursday, September 24. At 8:00 a.m., Ceremony 03 will bring together undergraduate and graduate students from the Faculty of Health and the Faculty of Humanities.
Finally, at 10:30 a.m., Ceremony 04 will be held for undergraduate students from the Institute for Regional Outreach and Distance Education (IPRED).
The ceremonies mark the completion of an academic training stage for the students and provide an opportunity to celebrate with family members, faculty, and other members of the university community.
