Among the services offered are legal advice in cases of gender-based violence, support in protection measures, drafting of tutela actions and formal petitions, as well as guidance on sexual and reproductive rights. Additionally, the team provides assistance in criminal, disciplinary, and administrative proceedings, ensuring an approach based on gender perspective and differential attention.
Access to justice and comprehensive support
The UIS legal clinic also promotes human rights and violence prevention by creating spaces for information and community guidance in Bucaramanga and surrounding areas. Its approach seeks not only to address cases but also to empower individuals to understand and exercise their rights effectively.
