Spanish pianist Enrique Lapaz Lombardo will be the protagonist of the launching concert of the 42nd edition of the International Piano Festival. The recital will be this July 10 at 7 p.m. at the Luis A. Calvo Auditorium.
This presentation will be the preamble of the flagship cultural event organized by the UIS, which will begin on August 4 and will run until August 23.
Lapaz Lombardo is a native of Valencia and is considered a reference of the current piano scene and valued for his ability to transform the score into a play of sound colors, thanks to a mastery of the piano as sure as precise.
His interpretative activity has taken him to the most outstanding halls of Spain, Russia, France, Germany, England, Norway, Switzerland, Belarus, Lithuania and Estonia. In addition, he participated in the UIS International Piano Festival in 2023.
