Through Resolution No. 1726, the Consejo Académico postponed the election process to November 12, the date on which students will elect their representative to the UIS Gender Equity Policy Committee**.
Accordingly, the following schedule has been set:
• November 11: Candidates’ Forum
• November 12: Voting day. The process will be available on the institutional website from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
• November 12:Vote counting at 4:06 p.m.

Administrative Staff to Elect Their Representative on October 29
Meanwhile, this Wednesday, October 29, as originally planned, the election of the Administrative Staff Representative to the Gender Equity Policy Committee—established through Resolution No. 1603 of 2025 will take place online. The voting period will run from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
