The payment receipt for health service fees is now available on the University’s official website for returning UIS students who are potential beneficiaries of the Tuition-Free Education Policy for the 2026–2 academic semester.
It is important to remember that these services are provided by the División de Bienestar Estudiantil, the administrative unit responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and delivering programs and services that promote the comprehensive development of the student community and the continuous improvement of students’ quality of life.
Students who require these services have access to medical, psychological, nutritional, and dental consultations, as well as the Centro de Escucha, which provides confidential emotional support.
The División de Bienestar Estudiantil promotes students’ physical, mental, intellectual, financial, social, environmental, occupational, and spiritual well-being. More information about these services is available at:

It is also important to note that once the payment deadline for health service fees has passed (August 27, 2026), students who need to access these services must submit their request directly by email to sisalud@uis.edu.co.
