The Industrial University of Santander (UIS), through its Language School, in partnership with Guane Films, invites the university community and the general public to attend the screening of the documentary miniseries Báilelas Menor on Friday, September 12, at 4:00 p.m., in the Carmenza Landazábal Auditorium on the UIS central campus.

The activity will be complemented by a discussion entitled “Words, resistance, and memories through popular and urban art,” a space that seeks to reflect on how art becomes a tool for expression, resistance, and memory construction in different territories.

The event will feature prominent panelists: Diana Sánchez Lobo, biologist and president of Explora Bucaramanga; Lida Fernanda Prada, creative producer at Guane Films S.A.S.; and Daniel Calderón Aponte, professor at the UIS Language School. The conversation will be moderated by Patricia Pabón, professor at the UIS Law School.
