
A group of 13 medical students culminated their training process in the diploma program “Methodology of health research for the design of research proposal”, with an intensity of 120 hours.
The program, formulated by the Psychiatry research group, directed by Professor Jorge Andrés Niño, allowed the students of the mental health research seedbed to carry out their training process in this fundamental area.
The objective of this short-term continuing education program was to learn, explain and apply the methodology to be followed for the design and execution of a research project in health, framed within the context of institutional priorities and lines of research.
The awarding of diplomas was accompanied by Dr. Lina María Vera Cala, dean of the Faculty of Health and tutor of the diploma course, and Dr. Jorge Andrés Niño, director of the Psychiatry research group.
