The Universidad Industrial de Santander informs students and graduates who are beneficiaries of the Tuition-Free Policy at the Bucaramanga campus for the 2025-2 term that the process to request a refund of the tuition amount paid with personal funds is now available.
The procedure must be completed by logging into the academic system with your username and password at the portal uisard.uis.edu.co, selecting the refund request option, verifying personal information, and filling in the required fields. It is important to note that the registered bank account must be in the name of the student or graduate submitting the request and may belong to any bank or digital wallet.

For graduates whose tuition payment was transferred to graduation fees, they must follow the instructions found at the bottom of the same link, in the section “refund for other concepts.”
