
The Division of Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC) of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) continues to strengthen its institutional communication channels with the opening of its official social networks. The purpose of this initiative is to get closer to the university community, improve interaction with users and learn first-hand about their needs, in order to identify opportunities for improvement and provide a more agile and satisfactory experience in the provision of its services.
In these spaces will be published updates of information systems, news of the Division, as well as recommendations and best practices related to the use of digital services of the UIS.
Step-by-step tutorials will also be available on the YouTube channel, designed to guide the community in the proper use of institutional platforms, thus facilitating the navigation and use of each system. The goal is to offer clear, fast and accessible support to resolve concerns.
