We are pleased to share that the Ministry of National Education has renewed the High-Quality Accreditation of the Mathematics Degree Program (SNIES code 687), offered in on-campus mode in Bucaramanga, for a period of eight (8) years, through Resolution No. 015810 of June 9, 2026.
As a result of this decision, the Ministry also ordered the automatic renewal of the program’s Qualified Registration, in accordance with current regulations and for the same period as the granted accreditation.
In this way, the Colombian State reaffirms and publicly recognizes the institutional efforts undertaken by the Industrial University of Santander to achieve excellence through the offering of high-quality academic programs and the full fulfillment of the social mission entrusted to it by society.
From the Office of the President, we congratulate the academic communities of the School of Mathematics and the Faculty of Sciences on this achievement. We also recognize the commitment of the other departments that ensure the high quality of the university’s academic programs and the institution as a whole.
