UIS student, participate in the educational-preventive days organized by Bienestar Estudiantil, which will be held from June 17 to 19 at the Floridablanca campus.

Tuesday, June 17

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There will be a day focused on sexual health and reproductive rights, with educational spaces and the application of rapid HIV and syphilis tests.

Wednesday, June 18

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The main focus will be on cardiovascular risk prevention, with blood pressure screenings and anthropometric measurements. In addition, talks will be given on the risks of smoking and the importance of proper oral hygiene.

Thursday, June 19

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There will be visual acuity screenings, education sessions on self-examination for the early detection of breast and testicular cancer, and recommendations for the prevention of skin cancer.

These activities aim to promote self-care and strengthen the culture of prevention in the university community.
