During the vacations, students who are part of the sports teams and cultural groups will be able to enter the central campus to continue with the training scheduled for the upcoming commitments.
In the case of sports, in October the National University Games Ascún will be held in Bucaramanga and there the UIS will be represented by 250 athletes in different disciplines, hence the importance of maintaining training to achieve optimal results.
“From the student representation, we managed the fact that students who make up the sports teams and cultural groups can continue training and practicing during the vacation season, thanks to the management that was done with the Department of Physical Education and Sports and the Cultural Directorate to continue their preparation for national competitions and future presentations,” said Nicolas Serrano, student representative to the Superior Council.
In the cultural field, the program is also maintained according to the organization stipulated by each group director.
