The verification process of the results took place at 4:06 p.m. this Wednesday, December 3, in the presence of the Secretaria General, Sofía Pinzón Durán; Edga Mireya Uribe Salamanca, Representante de los profesores ante el Consejo Académico; and the Jefe de la División de Talento Humano, Juan Camilo Lésmez, acting as election scrutineers. The verification was conducted through the Teams Platform.

It is worth noting that the election was conducted electronically through the institutional website, [www.uis.edu.co](http://www.uis.edu.co), from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The election process for this representation was convened through Resolution No. 1660 of 2025.

It should be clarified that, since no candidates were submitted for the representation of the administrative staff—public employees—the process remains subject to a new call.
