More than 660 students completed their language training at the UIS Language Institute

Four graduation ceremonies brought together students from programs for adults, teenagers, and children who had strengthened their communication skills in a second language.

A total of 665 students received their certificates during the four graduation ceremonies held by the Language Institute of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), which recognized the effort, dedication, and commitment of children, youth, and adults who successfully completed their English language training programs.

The ceremonies, held on Tuesday and Wednesday, brought together students from the adult extension, Teenagers, Conversational, and Pre-Teens programs, who achieved significant academic milestones in learning a second language, thereby enhancing their opportunities for personal, professional, and academic development.

Adult Education: A Commitment to Professional Growth

During the first ceremony, 235 students graduated after completing Level A2 of the adult extension program. Subsequently, at a second ceremony, 207 students received their certificates after completing Levels B1 and B2, consolidating communication skills that allow them to function with greater confidence in academic, professional, and international contexts.

These programs have established themselves as a continuing education option for people seeking to strengthen their professional profiles and expand their access to new opportunities in an increasingly globalized world.

Children and young people build their future through languages

The third ceremony brought together 108 students from the Pre-Teens and Conversational programs, who celebrated the completion of a learning phase characterized by the development of communication skills and the building of confidence in using the English language.

Meanwhile, at the fourth ceremony, 115 students from the Teenagers program received their certificates, demonstrating the commitment of the younger generation to a well-rounded education and the acquisition of fundamental skills needed to face the challenges of a global environment.

Commitment to Quality Education

Through its various training programs, the UIS Language Institute continues to contribute to strengthening the community’s language skills, promoting high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of students of different ages and backgrounds.

With these four ceremonies, the Industrial University of Santander reaffirms its commitment to lifelong learning, internationalization, and the well-rounded education of citizens capable of communicating in increasingly diverse and interconnected settings.
