Employees of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), attached to the Physical Plant Division, successfully completed a painting course, organized by the Personnel Training Sub-process of the Human Talent Management Division.
The training, which lasted 40 hours, was given by Jairo Medina, also a UIS officer and instructor. During the course, collaborative learning, knowledge management and the strengthening of essential technical skills for the performance of their daily work were promoted.
The participants stood out for their commitment, responsibility and dedication, reflecting their constant effort to contribute with quality and excellence to the growth of the institution.
