
Women who transform’ is the central theme of the 19th edition of the UIS Entrepreneurship Meeting that will take place this Saturday, May 24, starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Agora of the Faculty of Human Sciences.
The purpose of the event is to highlight the transforming role of women in sectors such as art, business, research, economy, sports and culture. In this way, the objective is to make visible stories of female leadership that have generated impact and that today inspire to lead with purpose.
The event will have the collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce of Bucaramanga, which will present the conference ‘Women in the economy of Santander’, which will highlight the importance of women in the economic sphere of the region and their contributions to local development.
At the same time, the forum ‘Women’s Voices: Stories of Leadership and Transformation’ will be held, in which outstanding women from the UIS community will share their trajectories, challenges and achievements.
