The II Congress of Constitutional Law will be held at the UIS

The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) will be the venue for the II Congress of Constitutional Law, which will be held on April 23 and 24 in the auditorium of the Human Sciences II building. This event, organized by the Research Seminar on Constitutional Rights of the School of Law and Political Science, seeks to bring together the university community and legal professionals to generate a space for reflection on crucial issues in the constitutional field.

After the resounding success of its first edition in 2024, the congress is renewed with an agenda rich in current and relevant content. Among the topics to be addressed are restorative justice, biolaw, prior consultation and the extra-contractual liability of the Colombian State.
