The event will take place this Thursday, February 20, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m., at the Antonia Santos Bicentennial Library.

Elsa Archila, director of the Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce, Socorro Branch, highlighted the need to promote the reactivation of the sector in the region: “We want to involve all business sectors, hardware stores and warehouses. The construction sector has suffered fluctuations, some positive and others not so positive, so we seek to generate new expectations, identify opportunities and learn about the trends that are transforming the industry. The technification of the sector is a reality and we must learn how to apply it in our region to promote sustainability”.
From Fenalco Sur de Santander, María Alejandra Arrieta called on the academic and professional community to participate in this meeting. Arrieta invited engineers, architects and even UIS students from the south of Santander to attend. He also assured that this space will explore new trends in construction and its impact on regional development.
The ‘III Regional Meeting of the Construction Sector’ promises to be a key day to strengthen knowledge, innovation and growth opportunities in the industry.
