The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), through the Institute of Regional Projection and Distance Education (IPRED), invites the academic community and the general public to participate in the 42nd edition of the Academic and Scientific Event of Entrepreneurs: Managing Academic Initiatives, which will be held next Saturday, June 21 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the central campus of the UIS Bucaramanga, in front of the Luis A. Calvo Auditorium.
This event, which has established itself as a key space for the dissemination of knowledge, the exchange of experiences and the promotion of innovative proposals, will feature the active participation of students from the Business Technology, Business Management, Agroindustrial and Pharmacy Regency Technology programs, who will present their projects to the university and regional community.
During the event, attendees will be able to learn first-hand about applied research projects, feasibility studies, business models and entrepreneurship initiatives developed by students, reflecting the institutional commitment to relevant training, social impact and the consolidation of an entrepreneurial culture.
Simultaneously, the event will be held at the Centro de Atención en Educación (CAE) San Alberto, in the facilities of the Institución Educativa Andrés Bello, where students of the academic programs offered at this regional headquarters will also present their proposals and innovative experiences.
Throughout its 42 editions, this academic space has been strengthened as a fundamental platform for the development of leadership, innovation and management skills, allowing the ideas developed in the classroom to be transformed into concrete solutions with projection in their communities and in the productive environment.
With this new version, IPRED reaffirms its commitment to the comprehensive and contextualized training of its students, promoting spaces of articulation between theory and practice, and consolidating entrepreneurship as a tool for social transformation in the regions.
