The Entrepreneurs UIS Event, organized by the Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia y the Universidad Industrial de Santander, invites business owners and entrepreneurs in Bucaramanga to explore how artificial intelligence can strengthen business competitiveness.
The 21st Entrepreneurs UIS Event stands out as a key academic and practical space designed to promote innovation and business growth in the region. This edition will focus on the strategic use of artificial intelligence. It will highlight technology monitoring processes that help companies anticipate market changes and make data-driven decisions.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Virginia Gutiérrez de Pineda Building on campus. Throughout the session, participants will gain practical knowledge applicable to their businesses and learn how to integrate technological tools into their operational and administrative processes.
The keynote lecture will be delivered by Erika Julieth Serrano Rodríguez, a Master in Industrial Engineering and professor at UIS. She will present practical cases and strategies to turn information into a competitive advantage. She will also explain how artificial intelligence is not only for large corporations, but a real opportunity for SMEs aiming to grow in a dynamic market.
