UIS to Host Conference on Double Degree Program in Law

As part of its commitment to academic internationalization and the expansion of global learning opportunities, the School of Law and Political Science at the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) will host the conference “Would You Like to Study in France? Double Degree Program in Law”.

The event will feature academics from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Poitiers, France, who will provide information about the double degree agreement between the two institutions, as well as the academic and professional opportunities available to participating students.

During the conference, attendees will learn about admission requirements, mobility opportunities, the academic experience in France, and the advantages of earning an international degree. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact directly with representatives from the University of Poitiers and ask questions about the program.

The conference will take place on June 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in a hybrid format. Those wishing to attend in person may do so at Room 206, Virginia Gutiérrez de Pineda Building, while virtual participation will be available via Zoom using Meeting ID 89433598121.

This initiative reflects UIS’s ongoing efforts to strengthen international cooperation and provide students with access to high-quality academic experiences in a global context.

The event is open to students, faculty members, and the university community interested in exploring international education opportunities. Admission is free.
