UIS to Bring Together the International Academic Community at the ASOCOPI Annual Conference

The Industrial University of Santander (UIS) invites the national and international academic community to participate in the 61st National & 7th International ASOCOPI Annual Conference, which will take place in Bucaramanga and bring together teachers, researchers, and professionals interested in the teaching and learning of foreign languages this October.

As part of the celebration of the 61st anniversary of the Colombian Association of Teachers of English (ASOCOPI), this important academic event returns to the city where the organization was founded. The conference will provide an opportunity to recognize its legacy, strengthen the bonds within its academic community, and promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences that contribute to shaping new perspectives for the future of foreign language education.

From October 1 to 3, 2026, ASOCOPI will offer both in-person and virtual sessions designed to foster academic dialogue and the exchange of educational experiences around global knowledge, diversity, and artificial intelligence.
