As part of the celebration of its eighth anniversary, the Employees’ Fund of the Industrial University of Santander (FEUIS) is holding the second edition of the FEUIS Expo Fair, an event designed to promote entrepreneurship, strengthen the economy, and showcase projects led by members and their families.
The event brings together 38 entrepreneurial ventures offering a wide variety of products, including food, beverages, clothing, jewelry, home appliances, household linens, footwear, desserts, and more. The initiative aims to provide entrepreneurs with a platform to promote their brands and bring their products closer to the entire university community.
“Today we are holding our second FEUIS Expo Fair as part of our anniversary celebration. This year marks eight years since our foundation, and we would like to invite the entire UIS community to participate, support our entrepreneurs, and discover the wide range of products they have brought to this fair,” said Deicy Solano, Manager of the Employees’ Fund.

FEUIS Benefits
In addition to supporting members’ businesses, the fair offers special benefits for shoppers. FEUIS members can purchase products through flexible payment options of up to three interest-free installments or up to 12 installments at a preferential interest rate of 1%.
Likewise, those who participate in the event and obtain a loan from any credit line during June will be entered into a drawing for a 55-inch Samsung television. The raffle will take place on July 3.
The Expo Fair is also open to those who are not yet members of the Employees’ Fund. During the event, university staff can join free of charge and gain access to the benefits offered by the organization. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in raffles, recreational activities, gift giveaways, and special prizes prepared for the celebration.
Through initiatives like this, FEUIS reaffirms its commitment to the well-being of its members and to creating opportunities for the growth of entrepreneurial ventures emerging within the university community.
