The School of Law and Political Science, together with the Carlos Gaviria Díaz Legal Clinic of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), invites the entire academic community and the general public to participate in the Solidarity Meeting for Palestine, an event that seeks to generate reflection, dialogue, and solidarity around the situation of the Palestinian people.
The meeting will feature the special presence of the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Colombia, Dr. Raouf N.A. Almalki, who will share his vision and experience on the current context in Palestine, as well as the challenges facing his people in the international arena.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., in the Agora of the Faculty of Human Sciences, located on the central campus of the UIS in Bucaramanga.
This academic and solidarity space is part of the University’s efforts to promote critical, humanistic education committed to human rights and the principles of international law. During the event, there will be academic presentations, cultural activities, and moments of collective reflection.
The university community is cordially invited to participate in this space for dialogue and solidarity, which seeks to reaffirm the UIS’s commitment to the defense of human dignity and global peace.
