f you are a student of graduate, undergraduate, distance and virtual programs, this information is of interest to you:
The Academic Vice Rector’s Office invites you to participate in the teaching evaluation, following these steps:
Enter the University’s web page www.uis.edu.co, section STUDENTS, select the icon STUDENT SYSTEM, and then select your site or program. There you must identify yourself with your student code, academic program and password. Then, in the options menu, select Academic Services and then Teacher Evaluation. This login can be done from any computer inside or outside the university.
Important: If you do not enter directly to the evaluation page or if it repeatedly shows your photo and personal data, enter the security settings of your browser and deactivate the pop-up blocking.
Carefully read the information and indications provided by the Teacher Evaluation module and select the name of the teacher to be evaluated in the order you wish. When evaluating each teacher, review the form in detail and assign the rating you consider, on a scale of 1 to 100, to each of the evaluation items, with 100 being the best rating. Remember that your evaluation is recorded by teacher and not by subject; however, it is necessary to verify that the teacher is not the best.

Remember that your evaluation is recorded by professor and not by subject; however, it is necessary to verify the correct relationship between each of the professors who guided the subjects and the respective name of the subjects you are taking in the first semester of 2025.
Once you finish this evaluation, the system returns you to the teacher selection screen. Repeat the procedure until you have evaluated all the teachers participating in your training process during the first semester of 2025.
If the list includes a teacher with whom you did not have classes please omit him/her, enter “evaluate” in the list of teachers and then, once in the evaluation form, at the bottom click on “do not evaluate this teacher” describing the reason for your decision.
If a professor with whom you had classes during this semester is missing from the list, please inform the professor so that he/she can request inclusion in the teacher evaluation system before the end of the survey collection process so that he/she can be evaluated correctly.
Why carry out the teaching evaluation?
Because the University recognizes the importance of your concept as a student, and gives you this opportunity to evaluate the academic activities of your professors.
When can I participate in the teacher evaluation?
You can enter and participate from Monday, May 12, 2025 and until the academic registration of the second semester of 2025.
Remember that the Teaching Evaluation is one of the mechanisms created by our University to involve the entire student community in the evaluation of the work of professors as guides and orientors in the higher education process.
The purpose of the Teaching Evaluation is to achieve a higher quality of our academic programs, within the framework of the constant search for institutional excellence. Your active and objective participation is important to continue with the construction of the university we want and with the faculty quality we deserve.
