With an academic proposal that brings together critical thinking, social commitment, and comprehensive education, the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) invites its entire student community to take part in the 2026-1 Institutional Lectures, with registration opening today, January 20, through the web enrollment system.
These academic spaces, designed as context-based courses, aim to broaden students’ perspectives on major contemporary challenges by promoting reflection, dialogue, and the collective construction of knowledge from an interdisciplinary and transformative approach.

Enrollment Open as of Today
The University reminds students that the web enrollment process begins today, January 20, and encourages them to seek timely information and select the Institutional Lecture that best aligns with their interests.
Choosing an Institutional Lecture is a commitment to a more conscious, reflective education that is deeply engaged with the country’s realities.
UIS thus reaffirms its commitment to an education that transforms, engages in dialogue with society, and shapes citizens capable of contributing to the construction of a better society.
