Requirements:
- Have passed or be in grade 11.
- To have taken the Saber 11 State Exam between 2020 and 2025.
- To have at least 31 points in each of the following areas of the exam: Mathematics, Critical Reading, Social and Citizenship, Natural Sciences and English.

- Music aptitude and knowledge test (for Bachelor of Music applicants only): June 20, 2025

In addition, the “Matrícula Cero” (Zero Tuition) program, an initiative of the National Government that is part of the Free Tuition Policy, is in effect. This program covers the cost of tuition for undergraduate students in public higher education institutions.
Requirements for access to Zero Tuition:
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate academic program (professional technical, technological or university) in a public IES registered in the SNIES.
- Not have a professional university degree.
- Belong to one of the following groups:
- a. Socioeconomic stratum 1, 2, 3 or no stratum.
- b. Indigenous population.
- c. Roma population.
- d. Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal and Palenquero communities.
- e. Victims of the conflict.
- f. Population with disabilities.
- g. Peasant communities.
- h. Population deprived of liberty.
- i. Groups A, B or C of Sisbén IV, in any of its subgroups.
