The School of Law and Political Science of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) informs that the call for papers for the First Roundtable on Labor Law and Social Security (SSI), focused on the Labor Procedural Reform 2025, is now open. Those interested in presenting their papers to the Evaluation Committee have until Friday, March 28 to submit their proposals.
This event, which will be held free of charge on May 7 and 8, aims to conduct a normative analysis on procedural and substantive reforms in the field of labor law and social security. Law students, public officials, university professors and litigants are invited to actively participate in this important academic meeting.
The schedule to take into account to submit the proposals is:
- (28/03/2025): Deadline for receipt of student papers to the Evaluation Committee, to the following email: leidysrg@correo.uis.edu.co
- (04/04/2025): Return of papers with comments, adjustments or approval, to the e-mail address from which the paper was submitted.
- (04/21/2025): Final reception of approved papers or with final adjustments, to the following e-mail: leidysrg@correo.uis.edu.co
- (30/04/2025) Notification of accepted papers and inclusion in the agenda of the “presentation day”. Notification will be made to the e-mail address from which the “final paper” was submitted and its inclusion in the agenda of the corresponding study day will be published in the school’s social networks.
