Between February 22 and 26, the ‘International Seminar-Workshop Human Movement Sciences: Foundations for Research and Practice in Physical Activity’ will be held at the University of Panama and UIS professor Fabio Villafrades Gonzalez will participate there.
He is the director of the Department of Physical Education and Sports and thanks to the work done in these areas, such invitation was achieved for the UIS to have international presence.
“The University of Panama invited us to this international activity, there they will release a doctorate in sports physiology and this event will serve to strengthen institutional relations that will benefit the university community of both countries,” said Villafrades Gonzalez.
During the meeting on Panamanian soil, it is expected that academic collaboration links can be established between both universities in the area of physical activity and sports practice.
