The School of Law and Political Science of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) informs the community in general that the legal advisory service for micro-entrepreneurs and employers is available, an innovative program aimed at offering free training and advice to micro-entrepreneurs in Santander. This initiative, which is part of the Legal Clinic of the UIS, is aimed at those entrepreneurs who operate with a team of between 1 and 10 workers.
Micro-entrepreneurs interested in benefiting from this program can register by contacting the WhatsApp 3163489596. Once registered, they will receive a series of benefits designed to optimize their labor management and ensure compliance with current legal regulations related to hiring and social security.
One of the main attractions of the “Employer Microentrepreneur” line is the inclusion in an exclusive WhatsApp group, led by UIS professor Leidy Slendy Ramírez García. This space will serve as a platform to coordinate specific trainings that provide the tools on how to make appropriate hires, thus promoting fair and responsible labor practices.
In addition, participants will be able to request the assignment of a final semester student from the university’s own law program, who will provide ongoing counseling for a period of four months. This assistance will cover fundamental aspects such as the correct hiring of personnel and contributions to the social security system, helping to establish healthy labor relations and prevent possible legal claims.
The implementation of this program represents a significant step forward in supporting microentrepreneurs, who play a crucial role in the national economy.
