The Colombian Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences was present at the UIS with the event ‘Who we are and where we are going’, a space to share its work in the promotion of scientific knowledge and research, as well as in the strengthening of teaching at all educational levels.

“Thanks to the Universidad Industrial de Santander for the welcome they have had with us and for opening this space for us because from the Academy we consider that it is very important to move around the regions of the country to make our Academy known a little more and see how we can integrate more with the university environment, with young people, with researchers and how we can offer our facilities for the improvement and progress of science,” said Helena Groot, president of the Colombian Academy of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences.
