The Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) informs that from February 12 until Wednesday 19 of the same month, registrations will be open for the benefit of Student Residences 2025-1.
In this call there are 27 places available: 24 for women and 3 for men. Those interested must be studying a level higher than the first semester and come from a city or municipality outside the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga.
Likewise, during the same enrollment period, the call for the Auxiliatura de Sostenimiento for male heads of household will be open, with 5 vacancies available.
Enrollment Process
To enroll, students must follow the following steps:
- Access the website uis.edu.co
- Go to the section Students / Student System
- Enter with your code, academic program and password.
- Navigate to University Welfare Services / Student Benefits / Benefits / Enrollment, selecting the corresponding option according to the case (benefit priority (1)).
Selection Process
Once registration is completed, the UIS Student Welfare team will conduct a thorough case study, including the application of psychological tests and an analysis of the socioeconomic status of each applicant, in order to define the priority of the benefit.
