The Escuela de Idiomas and the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Foreign Languages with emphasis in English of the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS) invite the academic community to participate in ‘The Posters’ Hall’, an event that promotes research and the use of the English language in the university environment.
This event will take place next Wednesday, November 27 on the second floor of the UIS Library, where several posters will be presented reflecting the research articles produced by students. The activity is not only a showcase for academic work, but also an opportunity for attendees to practice their English skills.
Students from the Academic Speaking course will be in charge of the presentations, giving participants the opportunity to interact and strengthen their understanding of the language in an academic environment.
The School of Languages emphasizes the importance of this event as a platform that contributes to the development of language skills and the promotion of the exchange of ideas in an inclusive and collaborative environment. An active participation of students, teachers and other members of the university community is expected in this day of learning and coexistence
