Communications Department

The ‘Vecinos y Amigos’ program of the Universidad Industrial de Santander invites the entire UIS community and the general public to enjoy all the programming prepared for this Sunday, March 6. The day that will begin at 8:00 a.m. will be full of joy, theater, music, dance, cinema, among others. Admission is free.

The meeting will feature the usual programming of Tángara Políglota, Zona Deportiva, Píldoras de Bienestar, Modelado en Plastilina, among others. The main show will be at 10:00 a.m. in the Luis A. The presentation aims to show how, over time, men and women of the countryside leave a legacy to new generations: to love unconditionally, work the land with gratitude and live life to the fullest, whose purpose is to remember the past, present and keep a firm look to the future.

The day ends with the concert Venezuela y Bucaramanga, un mismo canto’ by the group Zumbe Tambor Fusion, which will take place at the Plazoleta de la calle de los estudiantes, located at the entrance of the portico of the 27th race, at the UIS headquarters at 12:00 pm.
