A total of 43 people from Bienestar Estudiantil obtained the labor qualification in the advanced and intermediate levels of the ‘Process of Certification of Labor Competencies – Customer Service’, according to the standard 210601020, in partnership with the National Learning Service (SENA).
The purpose of this process is to recognize, from a social and labor perspective, the learning acquired empirically or as experience of each of the members throughout their careers, helping labor employability, mobility and qualification processes.
“Never allow yourselves to stagnate, this is to progress in your work as public servants, to improve day by day. I am happy for your achievement and for the teamwork with Human Resources,” said Diego Hernandez, director of Student Welfare.
This process was carried out jointly by this unit and the Training Program of the Human Resources Management Division.
